OPLive may engage third-party service providers for analytics, payment processing, cloud hosting, security, communications and similar operational services. OPLive undertakes reasonable measures to ensure that such providers maintain appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards. A current list of significant third-party service providers, where applicable, shall be made available through the Platform or upon request.
Where required under applicable law, OPLive shall obtain the User's consent before placing non-essential cookies on the User's device. Strictly Necessary Cookies required for the operation and security of the Platform do not require separate consent.
Certain browsers provide a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. As there is currently no universally accepted standard governing DNT signals, OPLive may not respond uniformly to such signals. Users may manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent settings and browser controls where available.

OPLive may amend this Cookie & Tracking Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, technology or business practices. The latest version shall always be available on the Platform and shall become effective from the Effective Date stated therein.
